We've seen a couple of different <a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/05/16/another-historic-apartment-up-for-sale-at-the-osborne/">gorgeous apartments</a> in this building and here is another one. The Osborne is a rusticated Romanesque Revival and Italian Renaissance Palazzo-style building built in 1883. It has a historic Byzantine lobby with contributions by sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens, muralist John LaFarge, and Tiffany Studios. The listing states that the original plans for the building included "a porte-coch&eacute;re, a billiard room, a florist, a resident doctor and druggist and on the roof, a lawn for playing croquet." <br /><br />This apartment is a two-bedroom co-op that includes a double living room with the original wood and plaster and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves lining the walls, The room is anchored by two wood burning fireplaces at either end of the room and the front wall has tall dramatic windows allowing sun to pour in through regular glass and upper stained glass panes, recreated and Landmark approved. From the living room, an oversized pocket door leads to the library, with another wood burning fireplace. The Poggenpohl chef's kitchen has a Wolfe stove, SubZero fridge, large center island, granite countertops and washer and dryer. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet leading to a full bath and another bedroom mirrors the master bedroom with a walk in closet and full bath. <a href="http://www.bhsusa.com/detail.aspx?id=1067608">This apartment is listed at $6.9 million.</a><br /><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/205-west-57th-street/">205 West 57th Street</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/205-west-57th-street/2561139/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/1067608-6-dining-room-small_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/205-west-57th-street/2561138/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/1067608-living-room-2-small_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/205-west-57th-street/2561137/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/1067608-foyer-small_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/205-west-57th-street/2561136/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/1067608-building-lobby-small_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/205-west-57th-street/2561135/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/1067608-3-living-room-small_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/27/the-bookish-life-at-the-osborne-estate-of-the-day/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>The Bookish Life at the Osborne, Estate of the Day</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/27/the-bookish-life-at-the-osborne-estate-of-the-day/">The Bookish Life at the Osborne, Estate of the Day</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Sun, 27 Dec 2009 13:01:00 EST. Antelope Run Ranch is an 8,000 acre ranch located at the foot of the Bridger-Teton National Forest just 30 minutes from Pinedale, Wyoming and a 1.5 hour drive from Jackson Hole. The ranch is a haven for horses with large irrigated hay meadows and rolling hills and forests that range in elevation from 6,900 feet to 8,100 feet. The ten miles of South Horse Creek flowing through the ranch offers fishing and there are also three large spring fed ponds on the property with two aerated ponds with stocked rainbow trout.<br /><br />The property includes a large contemporary 9,750 square-foot custom-built main home. Known as the Hill House, the house, designed by Bartholomew Voorsanger of Vooranger &amp; Associates, is structured in steel with concrete slabs and clad in granite with double-glazed glass window walls, painted metal trim and slate roofs. The main level features a living room, dining room, study, kitchen, gear room and the master bedroom with two bath suites and sauna. Large windows offer scenic views over the ranch. The four major rooms have fireplaces. On the lower level there are six bedrooms, a game room, a common sitting room with fireplace and a second kitchen. The house also includes a wet/dry sauna, a wine cellar, cedar lined closets, 10,000 gallon water storage and three 450 gallon water heaters with instant hot water throughout the house. It's a brick-and-limestone neo-Belgian mansion built in the 1890s for Supreme Court justice, Henry Billings Brown. Brown occupied the house until he died in 1913. The home later operated as the Persian Legation and then as the headquarters of the American Zionist Organization. After that it was bought by Basil and Maria Toutorsky and operated as the Toutorsky Academy of Music. In 1988 it was donated to the Peabody Conservatory of Music at The John Hopkins University but sold a few years later. Lately the 17,000 square-foot home has s<a href="http://www.toutorskymansion.com/">erved as a bed and breakfast </a>with five guest rooms. The mansion is full of beautiful carved wood griffins, crystal chandeliers, monumental fireplaces and stained glass details. <a href="http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/1720-16Th-St-Nw_Washington_DC_20009_1111661556">It is now listed for sale for $5.75 million.<br /></a><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/toutorsky-mansion/">Toutorsky Mansion</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/toutorsky-mansion/2514776/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/toutorsky17_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/toutorsky-mansion/2514775/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/toutorsky12_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/toutorsky-mansion/2514773/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/toutorsky4_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/toutorsky-mansion/2514772/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/toutorsky10_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/toutorsky-mansion/2514771/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/toutorsky2_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/24/toutorsky-mansion-estate-of-the-day/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Toutorsky Mansion, Estate of the Day </em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/24/toutorsky-mansion-estate-of-the-day/">Toutorsky Mansion, Estate of the Day </a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Thu, 24 Dec 2009 13:01:00 EST. The metals magnate signed a sales agreement for the Villa, and French law stipulates that purchasers lose their deposits if they pull out after such an agreement has been signed. The Villa's owner <a href="http://www.luxist.com/tag/LilySafra/">Lily Safra</a> has said she is <a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/03/10/deposit-on-the-worlds-most-expensive-house-to-be-donated-to-cha/">donating the deposit</a> to charity. However, Prokhorov's lawyers are now arguing that that the agreement was rendered null and void due to two technical "anomalies", the London <em>Telegraph</em> <a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/6827588/Russian-billionaire-Mikhail-Prokhorov-seeks-deposit-back-on-347m-French-villa.html">reports</a>. <br /><br />Firstly, they say he should have been given the usual seven-day period in which to change his mind, which was denied as Prokhorov signed the agreement under a company name. Secondly, they argue that Safra's notary had "illicitly lumped the furniture price tag with the house price in a declaration to the French state", which they say was grounds for canceling the contract. Safra's lawyer Jean-Michel Darrois disputes Prokhorov's claims and said in a statement to the newspaper, "We have written proof that Mr Prokhorov, via his lawyers, continued to confirm his intention to buy the property well after the sale agreement." A verdict is due in March.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/21/russias-richest-man-wants-deposit-back-on-villa-leopolda/">Russia's Richest Man Wants Deposit Back on Villa Leopolda</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Mon, 21 Dec 2009 19:01:00 EST. As <a href="http://www.newsday.com/classifieds/real-estate/real-li-1.812034/southampton-inn-goes-on-market-for-24-75-million-1.1654809">Newsday's Real LI </a>reports the <a href="http://www.villagelatch.com">Village Latch Inn</a> in Southampton just went <a href="http://www.corcoran.com/property/listing.aspx?Region=LI3&amp;ListingID=47197">on the market for $24.75 million</a>. One family has owned the five-acre property for decades. The complex includes a number of outbuildings-- Terry House, the Potting Shed, Homestead East and Homestead West among others, which were originally a part of the adjacent Merrill Lynch estate. The grounds are also home to a Victorian greenhouse, private villas, a pool, tennis courts and more. <br /><br />According to the listing there are 67 uniquely decorated rooms, some with fireplaces, balconies or decks. It's a Hamptons plum partly because pre-existing zoning conditions allow for a variety of possibilities including future development. Or you could just keep it all to yourself and create your own family compound.<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/the-village-latch-inn/">The Village Latch Inn</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/the-village-latch-inn/2543559/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/47197dd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/the-village-latch-inn/2543557/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/47197nn_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/the-village-latch-inn/2543556/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/47197pp_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/the-village-latch-inn/2543555/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/47197oo_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/the-village-latch-inn/2543554/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/47197mm_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/20/the-village-latch-inn-up-for-sale/">The Village Latch Inn Up For Sale</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Sun, 20 Dec 2009 08:04:00 EST. He paid $1.715 million in early 2006 for the freshly built five-bedroom home but then paid $2.69 million in late 2008 for another newly-built house a few blocks away. <br /><br />The first home, which is up for sale is a three-story brick and limestone residence with four fireplaces, a master suite with a spa bath, a gourmet kitchen with a butler's pantry, two-person sauna, media room and a penthouse party room on the top floor. The property also has two cedar decks, a hot tub and a garage. <a href="http://www.daprilerealty.com/chicago_real_estate,_chicago_homes,_west_loop_condos,_lincoln_park_hom_listings/701C980C-998D-B7F5-6B61C12092D92C84.shtml#">This home is listed at $2.25 million.</a><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/ryan-dempster-in-chicago/">Ryan Dempster In Chicago</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/ryan-dempster-in-chicago/2543131/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/701de2e5-ac7b-7566-107dbdf9b7322463.jpeg_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/ryan-dempster-in-chicago/2543130/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/701de0b5-0316-ce90-5bdaeced59da8371.jpeg_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/ryan-dempster-in-chicago/2543129/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/701de3a2-d40c-46f9-27dabb035585aef0.jpeg_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/ryan-dempster-in-chicago/2543128/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/701de526-0da8-d06b-ab69d336abb66c6d.jpeg_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/ryan-dempster-in-chicago/2543127/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/701de466-c8a2-2389-38f8ef78a4449249.jpeg_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/19/ryan-dempster-in-chicago-estate-of-the-day/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Ryan Dempster In Chicago, Estate of the Day </em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/19/ryan-dempster-in-chicago-estate-of-the-day/">Ryan Dempster In Chicago, Estate of the Day </a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Sat, 19 Dec 2009 13:01:00 EST. Last year the home was listed at $3.999 million but now it's <a href="http://www.sotalot.com/property-details.php?property_ID=18">on the market for $3.6 million</a> and Gonzalez has sweetened the deal by adding a new Porsche 911 Cabriolet within 10 days of the close of escrow if he receives a full-price offer.<br /><br />Gonzalez bought the four-bedroom home in 2003 for $1.575 million. He<a href="http://www.latimes.com/classified/realestate/hotprop/la-hmw-hotpropgonzalez16-2009dec16,0,4800316.story"> tells the LA Times</a> that he gutted the house when he bought it and fully renovated. The home's best selling feature is a huge roof deck with a barbecue area, shaded lounger and a hot tub. The home is a couple blocks from the ocean and so the deck has some truly fantastic views. Inside the home there are two living rooms, dining room, a bar and a master bedroom suite with a fireplace and patio. There is a four-car garage, the home of your new Porsche.<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/tony-gonzalez-in-manhattan-beach-1/">Tony Gonzalez In Manhattan Beach</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/tony-gonzalez-in-manhattan-beach-1/2542905/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/34th16lowres_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/tony-gonzalez-in-manhattan-beach-1/2542904/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/34th27lowres_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/tony-gonzalez-in-manhattan-beach-1/2542903/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/34th15lowres_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/tony-gonzalez-in-manhattan-beach-1/2542902/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/34th13lowres_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/tony-gonzalez-in-manhattan-beach-1/2542901/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/12/34th07lowres_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/18/football-star-throws-in-new-porsche-to-sell-his-house/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Football Star Throws In New Porsche To Sell His House</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/18/football-star-throws-in-new-porsche-to-sell-his-house/">Football Star Throws In New Porsche To Sell His House</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Fri, 18 Dec 2009 13:02:00 EST. The Circle S Farm, a Southern Florida Thoroughbred Training/Breeding Farm is located within 14 miles to Calder Race Course and 26 miles to Gulfstream Park Race Track. The ranch is in the town of Southwest Ranches on nearly 50 acres (zoned one home per acre). The property currently includes two relatively modest single family homes with a total of nine bedrooms and a seven-car garage. The horses have plenty of room to roam. There are three barns with 98 stalls, a furlong training track with a four-stall starting gate, an equestrian pool, equine surgery area with recovery stalls, a two-bedroom duplex with apartments for housing staff and an open-air pavilion for social events. <a href="http://www.sothebysrealty.com/en/PropertyDetails.aspx?R=104207404&amp;N=12+149&amp;curr=USD&amp;No=55&amp;PSeq=56">This property is listed at $32 million. </a><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/circle-s-farm/">Circle S Farm</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/circle-s-farm/2488396/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/circlesfarm17_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/circle-s-farm/2488395/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/circlesfarm22_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/circle-s-farm/2488394/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/circlefarm26_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/circle-s-farm/2488393/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/circlefarm29_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/circle-s-farm/2488392/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/circlesfarm16_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/17/circle-s-farm-estate-of-the-day/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Circle S Farm, Estate of the Day </em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/17/circle-s-farm-estate-of-the-day/">Circle S Farm, Estate of the Day </a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Thu, 17 Dec 2009 13:01:00 EST. The six-bedroom contemporary mansion features some pretty dramatic decor. The grand rotunda is home to an original freeform sculpture suspended from a three-story dome. The home's 'living island' living room has a moat with an illuminated bridge and is surrounded by one inch mosaic tile walls,a copper mesh water wall and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking two pools and a golf fairway. The master wing includes a master suite with a fireplace, morning bar, gym, bathroom with a steam shower, private courtyard, walk-in closet and a spiral staircase leading to a personal reading room. The home also has a two-story library with an attached office, a circular wine cellar, recording room, home theater and two pools outside. You can live my dream in the former Carnegie library in Rockport, Massachusetts. The former library, which originally opened in 1906, has new life as a stately, luxurious residence with water views. The building was sold to private buyers for around $500,000 a couple of years ago and has been renovated into a single-family home with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom and an underground garage.<br /> <br /> It doesn't look like a usual house and when you step through the granite arched entrance you find the library's huge rotunda and marble floor. The home has large bay windows, massive wood columns, a chef's kitchen and a granite patio. The property was restored to the standards of the State Historical Commission and is listed on the National Register of Historic Homes. <a href="http://www.sothebysrealty.com/en/PropertyDetails.aspx?R=104178578&amp;Ntt=4000543&amp;N=12&amp;Ntx=mode%2bmatchall&amp;Ntk=OfficeID&amp;PSeq=0&amp;No=1">This unique residence is listed at $2.75 million.<br /></a><a href="http://www.sothebysrealty.com/en/PropertyDetails.aspx?R=104178578&amp;Ntt=4000543&amp;N=12&amp;Ntx=mode%2bmatchall&amp;Ntk=OfficeID&amp;PSeq=0&amp;No=1"> </a><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/carnegie-library/">Carnegie Library</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/carnegie-library/2475997/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/carneigielib9_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/carnegie-library/2475996/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/carnegielib16_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/carnegie-library/2475995/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/carnegielib15_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/carnegie-library/2475994/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/carnegielib14_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/carnegie-library/2475993/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/carnegielib13_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/15/carnegie-library-estate-of-the-day/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Carnegie Library, Estate of the Day </em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/15/carnegie-library-estate-of-the-day/">Carnegie Library, Estate of the Day </a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Tue, 15 Dec 2009 13:01:00 EST. Thompson Manor, in Ville-Marie, Montreal was built in 1907 and has been updated into a luxury home with all the modern amenities. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has granite countertops and the original hearth appears to have been turned into a low maintenance gas fireplace. <br /><br />The mansion has over 10,000 square feet of space that includes an open-concept formal dining room and living room, home theatre, three family rooms, a gym area, four bedrooms and a mahogany wine cellar with room for 5,000 bottles, a wine tasting area and wet bar. This home boasts some very indulgent bathrooms including one with a solid rock soaking tub. The property also has a triple garage with a loft that can be used for additional living space or as an art studio or home office. <a href="http://www.sothebysrealty.ca/idx/cms/3038/details.html">It is listed at $7.875 million Canadian.</a><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/thompson-manor-1/">Thompson Manor</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/thompson-manor-1/2444454/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/1860029369_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/thompson-manor-1/2444452/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/1880452472_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/thompson-manor-1/2444451/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/1712822409_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/thompson-manor-1/2444449/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/1499034510_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/photos/thompson-manor-1/2444448/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.luxist.com/media/2009/11/1375474799_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/14/thompson-manor-estate-of-the-day/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Thompson Manor, Estate of the Day</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.luxist.com"><img src="http://www.luxist.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Luxist" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.luxist.com/2009/12/14/thompson-manor-estate-of-the-day/">Thompson Manor, Estate of the Day</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.luxist.com">Luxist</a> on Mon, 14 Dec 2009 13:02:00 EST. I'm not sure I'd go quite that far but a four-bedroom loft in New York City belonging to David Tutera is certainly done up within an inch of its life. <a href="http://realestalker.blogspot.com/2009/12/party-princess-david-tutera-lists.html">The Real Estalker reveals</a> that the ultra-popular wedding planner who has a show called My Fair Wedding appears to have picked up this loft in 2007 for $4,312,500. Tutera has clearly put a team of decorators to work on the look of this home. It's a vivid one. The kitchen has red lacquered walls, the living room includes a gold leafed stone fireplace with golden walls and the media room has an Asian cabinet wet bar, Chinese lacquer details and a screen and speakers installed on an hydraulic lift.
